Curatorial Councils

Curatorial councils enable museum members to acquire greater knowledge of the Minneapolis Institute of Arts' curatorial departments and promote further interest in the museum's collections.

They encourage private collecting and assist in the acquisition of important works of art for the museum's permanent collection. Activities include lectures, symposia, and travel.

The councils are open to all members of the Minneapolis Institute of Arts.
