This exhibition features objects drawn from the Textiles and Africa, Oceania, and the Americas collections as well as selected pieces from a private collection. The focus of the installation is on Berber, Jewish, and Arab influences on female clothing styles of rural and urban Moroccan women during the 20th century. Changing styles and cultural adaptations will be shown, featuring festive and holiday clothing.
